For nearly fifteen years, Cat has been incredibly grateful to have chosen a job that she is infinitely passionate about. Having fallen in love with Austin on her very first visit in 1988, like most people, she fell in love with its beauty, the laid-back vibe, its ease of living, diversity and the hometown feeling you don’t get from most big cities.
Throughout the years, Cat has successfully established a portfolio of clients and has gained an intimate knowledge of Austin neighborhoods and all the many areas surrounding Austin. In buying or selling, knowing where to start can be overwhelming. My job is to help navigate the process and educate buyers and sellers on what to expect. The Austin market has been very robust and to stay in front of the ever-changing market, requires reading daily articles in the Austin Business Journal, Texas Realtor and numerous other publications relating to current market conditions.
